RMSI Kairos Inside #18 is scheduled for April 23, 2026.

The Advisory Council for Riverbend Maximum Security Institution has been in existence for several years.  We have reunions twice monthly with Kairos graduates from other institutions who have been transferred to Riverbend, located in Nashville.   Click here to visit the Department of Corrections’ website to learn more about Riverbend and to see where it is located.

In the fall of 2010 we were given permission to hold a two-day retreat with Kairos graduates and other prisoners who have been faithful in attending the monthly reunions.  The retreat was very successful and gave the RMSI chaplain and administration an opportunity to see Kairos in action.

In May, 2014, we were given permission to conduct our first ever Kairos Inside weekend at RMSI; we thank everyone for the faithfulness of their prayers.  We continue to train for future Weekends.
